We don’t really know about this whole “brunch” thing, but on a hot Sunday this is about all we want. The potato garnish is pretty optional; it’s our Sweet Potato Vodka that makes this drink something special.
1.5oz Beattie’s Sweet Potato Vodka
2 shakes of Worcestershire
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Splash of pickle brine
Hot sauce to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Roasted sweet potato wedge
Dollop of sour cream
1Rim highball glass with celery salt.
2Fill with ice and add next 6 ingredients.
3Top with Clamato and stir.
4Garnish with roasted sweet potato wedge, sour cream and chives.
